When you fill out a contact or estimate form we collect the name, email address, phone number, project type and message you enter. We do not ask for financial account numbers or government ID numbers, and you should not send them through this site.
How Your Information Is Sent
Form submissions are delivered to us as an email. The information is not stored in a database on this website.
How We Use It
We use what you send only to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, prepare an estimate and perform the work. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising lists.
Sharing
We may share project details with subcontractors or suppliers when it is necessary to bid or complete your job, and where required by law.
Cookies And Analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
Retention
Emailed inquiries are kept in our business email account for as long as needed for the project record and for normal business and tax purposes.
Your Choices
You can ask us to delete the inquiry you sent, or ask what we have on file, by emailing toddcarstensen@mchsi.com.
