What we build

Everything From A Single Bathroom To A House That Is Not Standing Yet

Large custom kitchen remodel with granite island

Kitchens And Baths Are What We Are Known For

Cabinets, counters, tile and the plumbing and electrical behind all of it get coordinated by one contractor instead of five different companies pointing at each other. Before anything gets torn out you have a written scope and a schedule you can plan around, and the guys working in your house are the same ones you met at the walkthrough.

  • A written scope in your hands before demo starts
  • Licensed subcontractors we have worked with for years
  • Dust control and a clean jobsite at the end of every day
  • Punch list closed out before we ask for the final payment

Pergolas Built Like The Rest Of The House

A pergola is not just a few posts and a roof. When it is built right it becomes the room you use most of the summer, with shade when the sun is high and structure strong enough for fans, heaters, lighting and sound. We frame and finish them with the same joinery and flashing details we use on the house, so they look like they were always part of the property instead of a kit dropped in the backyard.

  • Custom cedar and timber frames
  • Integrated lighting, fans and heaters
  • Fire features and seating built in
  • Stone, concrete or composite flooring

Bringing your vision to life

Remodels That Fit Your House And The Way You Actually Live In It

Master bathroom remodel with double vanity and soaking tub

Waterproofing that still holds up long after the tile looks good.

Bathroom Remodeling

Master baths, guest baths and basement baths all get built the same way here. The wet areas go in with the correct substrate behind the tile, real waterproofing over it and enough slope to actually move water to the drain. Once that part is right, we finish the room so it looks like it belongs with the rest of your house instead of a showroom display.

Curved elevated deck with black metal railing and open stair run

Framed to carry real weight through a Minnesota winter.

Decks & Porches

Cedar, treated lumber and composite decking all get built for frost depth here, because a deck that was fine in October will move by April if the footings were rushed. We set the footings below frost, flash the ledger so water cannot run behind your siding, and pull the permit so an inspector sees the framing before any decking goes down. Screen porches, stairs, railing and lighting are all part of the same conversation.

New shingle roof on a Minneapolis craftsman home

We pull the old layers off before anything new goes down.

Roofing

We handle full tear-offs, storm damage and straight replacement work across the metro. The old layers come off so we can see the decking and fix whatever is soft before it gets covered up again. From there the roof goes back together with ice and water shield where the code calls for it, ventilation that actually moves air, and flashing details that hold at the walls and valleys.

Decks and porches

Four Decades Of Decks Around The Twin Cities

Cedar, treated lumber, composite and steel framing all show up in the work below, along with screen porches, spiral stairs, curved railing and lighting built into the rail cap. Every one of these was framed by our own crew and set on footings that go below the frost line, which is the part you stop thinking about right up until a deck starts to move.
