What does a roof replacement include?
A complete tear-off and replacement, rotten decking replacement, ice-and-water shield and ventilation, and flashing at chimneys, valleys and sidewalls.
Can you help after a storm or hail?
Yes. Todd assesses the damage and documents the repair. The insurer decides what is covered, and Todd explains the repair work.
What does it cost?
Cost depends on size, condition, access and repairs, so you get a written estimate rather than a quick price.
How long does it take?

Do you check what is under the shingles?
That is why the tear-off comes first. With the old layers off, Todd can inspect the decking and replace rotten boards before anything new goes down.
